Belarus minister claims Armenia not aggressor

Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Martynov has reportedly said his country does not consider Armenia as aggressor.

The statement was made in a recent meeting with students at the Yerevan State University, Novosti Armenii news agency reported.
