Charles A. Osezua, OON, KSG is the Chairman, Chief Executive of Owel-Linkso Group. He championed the development of the Nigerian Gas Master Plan in the late 1980s, resulting in the national gas pricing policy of 1991. He was a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of Nigerian LNG 1990-1993. He founded and managed Gaslink, in 1992–2003. In 2004 he worked with Addax Petroleum on the Izombe Gas Processing Company project and ExxonMobil on the Ibeno Gas Company as Chairman and Project Director respectively. For his professional excellence and contribution to the development of the Nigerian Gas industry, he was honoured by the Federal Government of Nigeria as an Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) in 2005.
In 2006, he was honoured with the European title of the Right Honourable Cavalier of the Order of St. Gregory the Great by the Pope. A Director of Gasol Plc of the London Stock Exchange, and founder and Chairman of Linkso Nigeria Limited, Engineer Osezua has also been involved in the West African Gas Pipeline, the Oso NGL Project, the Zafiro Gas Project in Equatorial Guinea, etc. A former Special Assistant to the Head of State 1998–1999, a former staff of the NNPC 1983–1994, Engineer Osezua was the leader of the implementation task force for the commercialisation, reorganisation and capitalisation of NNPC, Head Gas Projects NAPIMS, Member Operating Committee for Shell, Chevron and Agip.
