"WE AFFIRM that the application of unilateral, coercive measures affecting the wellbeing of peoples and hindering integration processes is unacceptable when defending free exchange and the transparent practice of international trade. Therefore, there is no reason whatsoever to justify its exclusion from the mechanism of the Summit of the Americas."
