Finland may OK Nord Stream pipeline: PM

SAINT PETERSBURG — Finland may authorise Russia's Nord Stream gas pipeline to pass under its waters by the end of the year, Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen said on Sunday during a visit in Russia.
