In a statement, the company, said: "The new group has the right capital structure to tackle both an anticipated slow recovery in residential housing markets and to fund growth as markets recover. 'The group's UK banking syndicate, Lloyds Banking Group and National Australia Bank, has written off £21m, nearly 40 per cent, of the group's debt, in return for a major shareholding in the new group.
