The current pipeline, which stretches from Dar-es-Salaam to TAZAMA depot in Ndola, requires substantial capital for rehabilitation. "There is need to fix the pipeline and sort out the refinery. This will call for huge capital but Government has to make this decision" he said. Mr Kamanga said Government could allow the private sector through the Public Private Partnership policy to invest in a new refinery
