Nigeria foreign reserves $43 bln by end Oct -cbank

ABUJA, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Nigeria's foreign reserves stood at a provisional $43.05 billion by Oct. 30, down from $43.34 billion at the end of September, Central Bank Governor Lamido Sanusi said on Tuesday.
