Vietnam, Malaysia oil vessel debuts

The Petro Vietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and the Malaysia International Shipping Corporation on August 14 launched floating production storage and offloading vessel FPSO Ruby No 2 in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bharu, Malaysia.

Costing around US$280 million, it will serve the needs of oil and gas exploration...
